The CSE Mentor Program matches current CSE students with industry professionals working in science, engineering, or actuarial fields. During these uncertain times, a mentor can be a valuable source of information on the changing job market, and how to best position yourself for the career you want. Mentors can also provide guidance on succeeding academically, balancing school, work, and life, and building lifelong skills like stress management. The CSE Mentor Program can set the groundwork for a lasting professional network and provide access to an insider's perspective on navigating your internship or job search, career path, and preparing for the transition from college life to the workplace.
The CSE Mentor Program is open to all CSE sophomores, juniors, and seniors. There is a specialized actuarial science option for interested students. First-year students are asked to wait a year to gain academic experience and perspective.
Registration deadline is Friday, Sept. 25.
