MURAJ is seeking diverse and motivated students to be reviewers on our team in the 2020-2021 school year. Launched in 2016, MURAJ brings together students, the University Libraries, and the Office of Undergraduate Research to produce a peer-reviewed journal that celebrates undergraduate research on the Twin Cities campus.
As a reviewer, the students will be an essential part of a professional journal, receive training on how to provide constructive reviews, and engage with the broader UMN research community. Reviewers are expected to commit approximately 15 hours of work per semester, including attendance at hour-long biweekly meetings. Reviewing commitments are anticipated to be at their highest around January.
Interested students can apply here for reviewer positions by 11:59 pm CT on Friday, October 2nd. We will also hold an interest session for reviewing or publishing in MURAJ at 6:00 pm CT on Monday, September 14th through the Zoom meeting at z.umn.edu/InfoMURAJ.
